Please arrive on time. Please don’t arrive earlier than your appointment time.

Please come without makeup on as this will help with timing to create your perfect look.

Please only bring yourself to your appointment. No additional family or friends (only clients under 16 may be accompanied by 1 adult)

Please advise Sarah if accessing stairs will be difficult, so she can better prepare for easier access.

If you are sick, have any cold or flu symptoms, any contraindications like cold sore or conjunctivitis, Sarah Rachael has the right to refuse service on the day and deposit will be forfeited to cover the time. Reschedule appointment will require a need deposit for a new date.

1 week prior to appointment an email reminder will be sent for Studio bookings and 24hr text reminder will be sent. If you are unable to attend your appointment please give 72hrs notice. If you do not give 72hrs notice your deposit will be forfeited.

Hair: Please wash hair the day before. Do not over-condition or put any treatments in.

Hair: If you have clip-in or halo hair extensions to be put in, please let Sarah Rachael know as there is an instalment fee of $20 and for extra time to b e allowed.

BRIDAL BOOKINGS: Deposit is Non-refundable if cancelled less than 8 weeks prior. Covid level 4 QLD government restrictions are put in place rescheduling for up to 1 year.

MOBILE BOOKINGS 1-2 (Travel that doesn’t exceed 1hr round trip) Deposit is Non-refundable if cancelled less than 2 weeks prior.

GROUP MOBILE bookings (3 or more or 2 if travel distance exceeds 2hrs round trip) Deposit non-refundable if cancelled less than 4 weeks prior.
